Hubscale defined the role with a CISO advisor and ran a focused executive search across healthcare, fintech and AI. The process included market mapping, shortlist calibration, references and compensation benchmarking.
Sean Todd joined as Coral AI’s first CISO in September 2025 after six weeks of partnership. Hubscale engaged 37 potential executives during the search. The appointment strengthened security leadership and supported audit readiness.
