Theori + Hubscale
As Theori scaled its autonomous application security platform, the business needed to strengthen the connection between product vision, technical execution and customer adoption.
Working directly with the founder, Hubscale was retained to build two critical capabilities within the organisation.
How we helped
We hired Theori’s first VP Product to work alongside the founder and take ownership of product strategy and direction. The mandate included shaping the product roadmap, driving new product development and becoming a senior external voice for the product with customers and the wider market.
We also built out a new customer-facing engineering capability, hiring a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between Theori’s technology and its customers - supporting technical onboarding, deployment and successful adoption of the platform.

Rather than hiring into isolated functions, we helped Theori strengthen the full product-to-customer lifecycle: Founder Vision → Product Strategy → Engineering → Deployment → Customer Adoption.
The result was senior product leadership to help define what Theori builds and where the platform goes next, alongside technical capability focused on getting that technology successfully into customers’ hands.
