Our  client faced significant growth pressures. Achieving investor-driven ARR  targets required building a team of 12+ sales individual contributors. They  struggled to attract the top talent in the market as they had an out-of-date  poor reputation as a result of past employees. Internal hiring attempts had  proven too slow, putting both revenue goals and their go-to-market strategy  at risk.

We  partnered with our client on a retained search, securing a new Chief  Commercial Officer and VP for North America. Over the following six to eight  months, we executed additional retained searches that delivered 10 Account  Executives and 2 Sales Engineers.
