Elliott has over a decade of experience in Cybersecurity recruitment and executive search, and is the Founder of Hubscale. He has built the business around supporting high-growth cybersecurity and AI companies with senior, executive and specialist hiring across the UK, US and Europe.

Aliyah leads Hubscale’s Operations function, helping scale the business across the UK and US through internal hiring, people strategy and operational support.

Sam is a CIMA-qualified chartered accountant and finance leader with over a decade of experience in financial planning, commercial strategy and business performance. He leads Hubscale’s finance function, working closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance, international expansion and sustainable growth.

Mike is Group Director of Growth & Performance at Hubscale, bringing significant experience in recruitment leadership, commercial growth and team performance. He works across the business to drive revenue, develop high-performing teams and support Hubscale’s continued expansion across the UK and US

Max leads Hubscale’s AI Research & Engineering practice and is currently embedded with Legora through an RPO partnership, helping build its Engineering and Product teams as the business scales globally.

James has 14 years of recruitment experience and now leads Hubscale’s Security and Product & Engineering teams, supporting cybersecurity companies with technical and leadership hiring across the US.

Callum has 11 years’ executive search experience working with VC and PE-backed businesses across the US, EMEA and APJ. As a Partner at Hubscale, he leads the GTM Practice, supporting leading cybersecurity and AI vendors across Executive Search and Build.
